Your Child will be Left Behind

President Bush's oft-touted No Child Left Behind initiative was deemed "flawed, convoluted, and unconstitutional" (words of the NY Times) by a bi-partisan panel of state legislators. I hope no one voted for him cause they thought it was a swell idea.
