While that is the cost of the war in Iraq,What is the price of the human lives saved here and around the world by trying to spread democracy to a troubled nation??

Yes, we may have saved lives by invading Iraq, but I don't think it quite balances. I don't belive that it would balance 19273 + deaths. Additionaly, have we really succeeded in establishing democracy? Also, you must condider the financial cost. This war will leave America recovering from debt for many years to come. While that may not compare to the lives lost or saved, it is still an important factor. We have also gained quite a bit of desrepute around the world.
